55 gal. oil drum train plans Wanted!

I saw a train set that was made from 55 gallon drums in a parade. It had a locamotive, 4 cars, and a cabose. The gentleman who built it got the plans off the internet but couldn't remember the site. If any one can help I would be grateful.
