The "new " knuckle couplers that are included on today’s rolling stock
are magnetic couplers. They are uncoupled using an under the track magnet. Dave

HO uncoupler
Posted by Anonymous on Wednesday, December 10, 2003 9:23 PM
As I said in the pass, it has been many years since I played with my railroad, after about 20 years I uncrated it and now built a new layout, I put in the uncouplers and to my surprise after I bought some new caars the coupling don't have the same little hooks or points that makes the uncoupler work , can someone help me out?
