EVERYWHERE LOST; WE HUSTLE OUR CABOOSE FOR YOU
Do any of you have railroading art that you purchased? Show us some images so we can get a sense of what some of you have and what appeals to you.
George Williamson is a steam engine hogger who has rebuilt several locomotives, including the only one in which I have had a cab ride. He is in his mid-seventies, and drives the 2-8-2T Alberni Pacific excursion train to the only steam-run sawmill in Canada that still runs. He is also an excellent artist. I have two paintings by him, one of a CP early 2-8-0, and this recent purchase of Selkirk #5911. I am quite taken with this painting. The image below doesn't quite do it justice, no surprise, but it is very nice.
