I'm trying to locate a copy of the article and drawings of Perkins Produce Company found in the December 1974 issue of Model Railrader. Does anyone have a copy?

I actually built that model back '74. My first scratch built structure- pinking shears and paper for the shingle and index cards cut in strips for the siding. Still have it and it still looks great.
