I was working on a project on my layout and I need 2 signals to complete the project. Now the last time I was at my local hobby shop I looked around to see what was available in stock (just trying to get some ideas) and they didn't have very much. I suppose I could have ordered them but then I would have to make another trip uptown to the store when they came in. So, I decided to contact
N.J. International directly and just have them sent to me. I checked the website and then I made my mistake. I was foolish enough to inquire if the address on the website was where I should send my check. Instead of a simple yes or no I get a smart reply. What is wrong with a company that treats its customers with a lack of respect? They make a fine product, but with that kind of attitude I will take my buisness someplace else!!

Jim Johnston
