It looks like the cabs are in stock on Walthers.com; no trailers, though.

I model a fictonal mass trainsit line in a fictional metropolis in Ontario. A few of the horizon cars on my line are supposed to be ex-NJT and have not been repainted yet only re-lettered.
Cheers!

It's the NJT paint; I'd like to get one in the NJDOT paint, maybe sometime down the line.
Cool! thats alot of NJT equip you have! tell me is the U34CH NJT or NJ DOT? I have the NJ DOT version which is nw at TTX for a decoder install. Imperial Hobby Productions makes a GP40-FH shell which I might get also. Im trying to get an ALP 44 on EBay. As said in my first post I have a Bach Spec with ESU. Hope to hear from anyone with commuter railroad models especialy NJT. Have fun railroading!!!
Bapou,
Here's a NJT prototype you can model: NYS&W 142 at Towaco Station, NJ

I guess you could say I model NJT; I don't have a Transit layout to run on, but I've picked up a bunch of NJT models: Atlas U34CH, a couple of the Bachmann F40PH-2s, and a bunch of the Walters Comet coaches (three cabs, four coaches).
I've also got a lot of stuff around for when I finally get started on kitbashing; I want to end up with a couple of GP40FH-2s (bashed from an Athearn GP40-2), an ALP-46 (bashed from a Roco DB101), F40PH-2CATs (the F40s after they had a separate HEP motor added), and turn some of the cars into Comet III/IVs. Someday, I hope to kitbash a GP40P/GP40PH, and I have a lot of stuff that I could paint up as NJT: some other road Horizon cars and a couple of undec ALP-44s (the NJT factory-painted ones fetch too high a price on eBay for me).
While I don't model this area, a Model Trains Magazine Index search found quite a few who do...

Also a NJ DOT U34CH. With three NJT comet's (two cabs though) I hope to get an ALP 44 soon. Oh and NJ DOT modelers I wanna here from you too
