Rail Pub changed their site a bit so the catalog is now at http://www.railpub.com/Pages/, or go to home page and you can access PDF's.

The only thing that comes anywhere close is the catalog for Railpub. While not complete, it's a good start:

The Old and Weary Car Shops also has a decent index of LQ's for sale:

Other than these two resources, I can't find anything online. Neither Metaphor nor LQ ever had a website, and I don't think that even the R&LHS published an index (they might now, now that LQ has ceased publication.

Does anyone know where I can find an on-line index to all the "locomotive quarterly" publications? I could not find anything myself.
