can anyone tell me how easy it is to put #8 or #33 kadee couplers on Bachmann's GE 44 tonner? i have an undecorated one from 1994 and was curious if i can just screw them in. in a 1989 railroad model craftsman article on modeling a middletown & new jersey 44 tonner, it said to use kadee's #8 couplers and to remove the 44 tonner's coupler pocket.

It's a #33 according to the www.kadee.com conversion site.
Go to www.kadee.com, click on company contact, e-mail Sam Clark, coupler conversion specialist and he should
e-mail the install insts back to you.
