Intermountain HO 48' containers compatible with Athearn well cars?

Are Intermountain HO 48' containers compatible with double stack well cars from Athearn, meaning will the physical contacts on the bottom of the containers line up properly with the holes on the Athearn well cars?   Or do they only fit properly with A-Line stacks and not those made by other manufactures?
