Hi Memaw,   Try Ebay under lionel postwar.  There are always a lot of instruction sheets for sale.  I got a CD of Lionel info off Ebay with instructions for many things on it plus many more interesting bits of information for under $10.  Also you might ask this same question on the collector forum where mostly Lionel and American Flyer people are.   TARP
