Someone on here a few months ago responded to my same question. They suggested cutting rubber innertubes for skinny 10 speed tires on a bike into thin slices. It works like a charm! Degrease the driver with alcohol and glue this on the drivers. Allow the glue to dry or the tire will slip off after some running. Hope this helps, Jake

Traction tires for steam engine

I have a problem here. Whenever I put my track cleaning car in a consist behind my steam engine, it always stalls out! I am about to have a small grade on my layout, so I need some help with this. If it is possible to get traction tires big enough for the drivers, where can I get them, and how much do they cost?
