On other forums others have been stating that some of the DCC systems are having a hard time programming the engine numbers and changing any of the CV’s.

This has been mainly NCE systems.

I was wondering if the MRC, Lenz or Easy DCC systems were also having the same problems?

What is the nature of the problem?  I'm using a Prodigy Advance and haven't experienced any problems, at least with the basic functions such as address, speeds, sound levels of the individual sounds acceleration, deceleration etc.  I can't read the values on the programming track but then I can't with any other sound decoder either.  Something about the electronics when they add sound.

Are all brands of DCC systems having problems programming Tower 55 sound engines?
