Bachman U36B Chassis Swap

I found that the Bachman U36B shell is a perfect fit on the Atlas B23-7 chassis. The only changes necessary are to shim the shell under the walkway on both sides with strips of .040 plastic to prevent the shell from pressing sown on the decoder. Micro Trains couplers will have to be body mounted. You now have a dcc ready unit.
