I'll be in Erie in October. Don't know if I'll have a lot of time, but I wouldn't mind a basement tour.

All along my wife has promised to paint my backdrop. Iv'e heard that the road to someday leads to nowhere, so I took the bull by the horns. If I can have a few more minutes I can come up with several more worn out metaphors.

Hey Chip, is this an advertisement for your new "Backgrounds by Chip" business?

Very nice stuff.

That's all I need. Another business that doesn't make any money. If I wanted to make money, I'd open Space Mouse's Ballasting and Track Weathering Service.

I'm not an artist, but today I joined my wife, who is a professional artist, who met with members of our local art association on top of the 5 level of the downtown parking structure to do plein air painting. My brushes were too small and inappropriate (they were my model brushes) and my paints were not varied enough.

But still, I came up with this 11 x 14 acrylic. Not near complete.
