Who was Meandering Railroad?

We came across a locomotive that has the name Meandering Railroad on
the tender. It is from the collection of the late O.S. Lattimore in
Ft. Worth, Texas. Was this his road name? He was the previous owner
of Jim Findley's 2-10-0 that I bought a couple weeks ago. We find
that he got it from Jim's estate. We are interested to see if there
is any G&D connection to the Meandering Railroad, possibly an
interchange. Happy Railroading, Keith Blanchard (Pine Canyon RR)
