I've had very good service from Lenz even on the cheapest decoder they have. I blew one and it was my fault but they backed it and sent me a new one. They will get more of my DCC money.

Of course I almost live in the backyard for NCE and in this area we have a few folks that support them 100% and will only stock their stuff. Most of my other DCC money goes there.

I had a hell of a time working out how to get to the Bits in various CV's. It must be different with Lenz but finally a shining light (in the middle of the night) and I have it all sussed now.

Ken: I was having a problem with an MRC decoder and Debbie stepped me through the method for accsessing their CV's while we were on the phone. It turned out that the decoder was apparently defective and MRC said to send it back. I didn't install it so I've sent the loco back to the guy who sold it to me and he is sending me another loco.

Jeff: Yes, Lee has been a big help to me. I bought Set-100 and several Lenz accessory items from him. Ken (above) first gave me the suggestion to go with Lenz and I really appreciated that.

Both of you guys (Ken and Jeff) are light-years ahead of me in knowledge and talent but I'm a late bloomer and having a good time!

Why did you need support Jerry? Happy to hear they are able to help. *Cross fingers* I haven't needed them.
