Helix Humper's trade off torque for higher motor RPM.
Mashima's do the opposite.
I think you are a candidate for DCC.

Kato motor replacement?

Can anyone recommend an alternative motor replacement for a Kato (Stewart) F7?
The old motor ran great but I thought I could try another brand that might run a little faster so as to better match my other locos.
