Yes, but the following may be an issue. Bolster height will effect the coupler height. Screw mounting versus friction pin. Axle spacing may allow wheels flanges to hit underbody detail. Some mfgs use a flat bolster and some have a flange. In general Kadee trucks can be made to fit most rolling stock but not always a simple task.

Do Kadee trucks fit all maufactures rolling stock?
