You going to the River City Convention in Sacramento May 5 6

I am tempted, but $70 seems a little steep to me...I'm leaving for Chicago a few days after that and want to make sure I have room in my budget for a stop at Chicagoland Hobby, La Grange Hobby, etcetera.

It's going to be bigger than the WP con, with much more focus on modeling - but there will be plenty of historical stuff as well.

Are you going to the banquet? Since I'm also a WP fan, I'm looking forward to the keynote by Bob Larson.

I have never been to a PCR/NMRA Convention and will go down to it with a friend on the 6 th. I dont have much information about it, hope its half the fun of the WP Convention last month. John
