They painted a SD-60M 1991 in red white and blue featuring a flag under the cab window, and a large logo with an eagle and the BN logo reading "Pulling for freedom Supporting our troops. The locomotive has now been repainted in BNSF's heritage II scheme, and renumbered 9299.
