Testors Dulcoat in the UK?

Hmm, not sure if you have come across this already, but from an old thread on a different (UK) forum:

Also from pictures of Dullcote without the lable the cans look the same, including the tape seal round the lid, and the new label is simply a photo copy held on with sticky tape(I'll Post pics for comparison soon). And if it's not Testor's it's still the best matt varnish I've found.
