Carl,
I have the same set from Circutron yes you will need the track power adapter if you do not want to use a battery to power this. I hooked up a battery and didnt like the flash rate it was not even and steady so I have opted not to use it. I will wait to do DCC and use the decoder special effects. The Circutron TP-2 part # is 800-2002 I have one still in the bag new and unused if you want it I will give it to you let me know. Email me if you want it.

Hi Guys i have a question ive just gotten these Circuitron Ditch lights now the question i have it came with the 2 lights and a circute bord but in the instuctions it says this is for a battery hook up ,So i cant hook this up to the loco then??? need help before i go any further Thanks
