Wow Marty, you've done a great job. I know what it's like because I use to build large scale models from scratch... So how many were you planning on building ?.

Some of us "outdoor" model railroaders like to try scratchbuilding also.
I'm still very new at it and once you find a glue you like, a source for materials and last of all the info to build the model. It gets easier.
Heres the thread on MLS where I've been sharing this.
I was very surprised to see how many different types of cars there are.
mine will be for our own North Table Creek Lumber Co.
