well be surprised.. made in china.. linux systems..

499 USD.. and that includes a 90 VA booster, the switch control, the dcc control, the bidirectional feedback.. add all those features to the NCE systems or digitrax and you surpassed this price by a mile...

these systems are PC with a new UI optimized casing... that´s what makes the price right.. LINUX...

cheers

[banghead] [wow] I had a feeling I should have waited a little bit longer before commiting to DCC. [:D]

And the prices are? Can we say astronomical in German? [:D]

I'm holding off until they have HO crew members climbing in and out of the locos and cabooses. [;)] In prototype of this feature they're having trouble getting the HO crew member to unlock and throw a switch. Guess nano technology of electric motors still has a way to go. Maybe by next year's show? HO steroids for HO train crew? [:D] [;)] [;)] [;)]

....just about when you think they've gone as far as they can-someone raises the bar yet again. Re the hobby: the best of times(ongoing introduction of more and more technology) and the worst of times(the cost of some of this technology that one yearns for). [sigh]
