Bi-color LED sources

Can anyone provide some advice on sources for 5 mm bi-color LEDs? I've seen prices vary from $.27 to $1.99 each on various websites and LHS, and would like recomondations on a reliable source. I've seen ads for a company called "Demar Electronics" in Model Railroader for 26 cents each.....is this a good company to deal with? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated because I need approx 100 LED's.
