Lucas Sawmill dimensional help... and other ideas? N - Scale.

Hello!
I am trying to get a "foot-print" of the Lucas Sawmill for my N-scale layout planning but I cannot find any dimensional data of use. I know its published as 50 x 95 scale feet (3 3/4 x 7 1/8) but the building is not a perfect rectangle. From the photos and description it has a small extension/building off the back and a log deck on the end. If anyone knows the specific dimensions or has one they could measure, I would really appreciate the info.
Also, any other suggestions for sawmills/lumber mills that I might look at as alternatives would be welcomed. I've really only seen the Lucas mill, Walther's Mountain Lumber Co., and one other... Long's I think?
Thanks again!
