I feel like i've seen this same exact topic before and have replied to it before saying how I wanted to see Walthers paint their to Amtrak passenger equipment with Phase IVb.

Love to see a 5 car Surfliner set:
1 Cab Car, 2 Standard Coaches, 1 Cafe Car, and 1 Pacific Business Class Car.

And it would't hurt to add a Superliner coach or coach baggage in phase IVb (these are often used on the Surfliner).

As for me I would buy a couple sets of the Surfliner Cars and one set of the California Cars.
