Try running them without the bodies if possible. If the noise persists, look at the gears and UJ's for possible binds, the UJ's can be tricky to re-align without binds on sharp curves and at speed. If the noise gets a lot less with the bodies off, it's most likely there all the time but the bodies are allowing the noise to resonate, and accentuate the sound,
Good luck,
Dave Elbourne.

i have 2 athearn tunnel motors both been repowered with mashimma motors with the original flywheels . they run smooth at low speeds but when i wind up the speed and when they go around corners they make a lot of noise and the person who remotered them for me says that the flywheels are balanced propelery so my question is , where abouts would this extremly loud noise be comming from and what should i do to fix the problem?? thanks
