Usually you only need to post once to get an answer. I dont know if any one makes these out of the box but I know that you can get them made for you from:

They do custom orders as well as prototype decals. Give them a try.

Engineers: I need CGW "lucky strike" hearlds, 42 inches in diameter for my tank cars. They are made from 62 foot Athearn cars. They are from a article by Bill Landis in the MRC March 1990 copy. Can anyone steer me straight. thanks Happy Jose
