"Best" is not practical to advise; what will work?

Alleene's Tacky Glue (craft section at Wal-mart and other stores) reworkable.

Liquid Nails for Projects (Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, etc) pernament, very strong.

epoxy; pernament, very strong.

cyanopoxy; ditto

contact cement

I am starting to build my streets on my HO layout. I have to bond some sheet stryene to the blue foam base. Any ideas on what would work best to bond these two together?

Thanks,
Randy
