i need to know what % grade in 0 in. to 4 in. on a 16 ft. run. not 0 to 16 ft .thanks

Just over 2 per cent..will handle without difficulty what you wi***o do.

16 ft = 192 in.
4/192 = 2.08%
Nigel N&W in HO scale, 1950 - 1955 (..and some a bit newer too) Now in San Jose, California

BTW, that's 2.08% no matter what the scale. ;)
