I'm planning on getting the NCE system too.

Hopefully, I will also get one this year soon. I got the o.k., I just need to save the funds again.

I had it all saved up, but I overspent on Christmas and I used my saved money instead of charging for the extra gifts. I had a Christmas club fund but I went overboard again. When will I learn?

My wife took me to the hobby shop yesterday and bought me a NCE PH PRO for christmas. I,m so happy i have been trying to get one now for 3 years and its finaly a reality. My wife can never really surprise me at chritmas because she don't know what i need for my layout. She went to the local hobby shop where I go quite frequently and ascked them if they new what i wanted the most and they told her NCE DCC. but they did not have one in stock and it came in this week. I had to go down into the train room to see if it wasnt a dream[:)].
now I just have to learn how to hook up the decoders and use it.[:p]
