The northern part of the CVRR (Hagerstown, MD to Carlisle, PA) is ran by Norfolk Southern. The southern part (Hagerstown, MD to Winchester, VA) is operated by Winchester & Western.

[:D] Anyone out there who has designed, or information on the CVRR (Cumberland Valley Rail Road) which later on merged into becoming PENN Central.
History buff who just moved to Chambersburg PA with a desire to build some type of layout. [:0] Accidentially stumbled on this information at the local library looking for something to build and came across history that is almost right in my back yard.
I trying to make it as realistic as possible so would apprecrate any help or information from anyone out there.
