I know of one case where the headlight bulb melted the top of the smokebox in front of the stack.
Anyone know where I can get a feedwater heater casting to cover the hole?

Pete;
It depends. Sometimes yes, some times no, some times add a resistor in series.
Visit

Hello,
When you install a decoder, do you also have to change the bulb in the locomotive?
