John;
Are you referring to a current model with a can motor, earlier with Sagami, or the much older open frame motor?
If the last one, go with a new MDC motor. Alternately, NWSL.

Has anybody had any luck remotoring a HO scale MDC 2-6-0 Mogul? There is not much room. The original motor is only 10mm wide X 20mm tall. It is such a nice looking and good size engine that I want to keep it on my active roster. Thanks.
