Jondrd.
It is pretty easy with the PA handheld. All you should have to do is hit the Program button to get it to program main (or program track), then hit enter. It will prompt you for the following: Address of loco, acc, dec, tv. After those prompts it will ask if you want to modify another CV. If you do, just enter the CV# and then the value.

Read "Red Leader's" response re how to setting locos to default. I've programmed 4 BLI locos in analog. How do I program CV's to specific values?
CV's I'm most interested in resetting values of would be for acceleration and deceleration. Is starting voltage in DCC mode same as starting voltage in DCC? What's hexadecimal and bit terminology? New to DCC hence questions. DCC programming I have done(assuming all I got were defaults) definitely operating improvement. There are probably going to be more "duh" questions coming. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
