N-scale Athearn Ford C-series Trucks

Can anybody tell me the appropriate time period for these new Ford C-Series trucks. I believe I have seen a photo dated 1961, but were they in use any earlier? Would they be appropriate for my 50's era layout?

I drove a 1957 like the model, for atrucking company on the east coast,thats my earliest experience with that model Ed
