I am interested in purchasing a Fleischmann HO train set, but I want to make sure it is compatable with american track, couplers and
electronics. Anyone with experience with this make? Thanks

NEM flanges make code 100 rail a must. The ones I owned were great runners. They sold off well when I needed to also.

Hi the new Fleischmann will run on Code 83 tracks, you will need to replace the original couplers with the KADEE ones with NEM socket.
The digitalized Fleischmann is not compatible with DCC. They have their own system (FMZ).
