Thoughts on kato Unitrack

Hi,

Any thoughts on Kato Unitrack for a mid sized layout? Track plan is an island walk around about 14 x 12 x 3. Thinking of using a prefab track to save time. Thought about the Bachmna E-Z track, but haven't heard good things about it...
