Designing a New Logo

where can i get help designing a new logo for my RR, The Southampton, Sag Harbor and Montauk Line (the fastest way to the end!) It will have an image of the Montauk light house, a whale (Sag Harbor was a whaling port). I want it to look like a classic one.
