Just seriously starting into this hobby, I am wondering what is the better-brand to buy for the following items, and where is the best (as far as cost, etc) place to buy them:
-Airbrush
-Rail nips
-Liquid nails?

Any insight would be appreciated!

- Airbrush: Pass - I've no experience with these so will pass

- Rail nips: The "Xuron 2175B Track Cutter" seems to be the popular choice. I'd try shopping in-line for the best price on them.

- Liquid nails: This isn't really a 'tool' as such - it's an adhesive, comes in a tube like caulking. It's available at Menard's, Home Depot, etc. There are different kinds available, make sure that you get one that is compatible with the materials you're using (some will dissolve the extruded foam that's so popular now days.) Make sure that it is the kind of adhesive that you really want to use, many times plain old white glue would be a better choice.
