Will they bounce off the concrete floor?

I dont worry about the marketing slogans, I rely on clean track and lubrication for smooth performance.

I went to Kato's website a few days ago and it says their HO F40PH has "shock absorber construction for smooth performance". What is "shock absorber construction"? It's on some of their newer N scale diesels too.
