But you never can tell. I've been through WY and found it to be a beautiful place. Didn't spend enough time there, IMO. Might want to come back sometime. Thanks for the offer of the bed. I will let you know if I'm heading your way!

I NEVER, EVER violate rule G. Period. Okay, once, but that was YEARS ago! LOL

Sorry, very little HO (just what was saved from my teenage-era many moons ago!). All N scale now, but not DCC yet. Does that spoil everything?

Darrell, wishing you more happy birthdays, quietly...for now

Trust me I have seen stranger and more twisted stuff. Like my best freinds wife. She is a real piece of work. She could drive Mr. Spock to tears. And she's old eneugh to be his mom. As for two bachelors being roomates sharing a common hobby. Hell there is much steamier stuff than that on HGTV. As for the N Scale. We can figure something out. Maybe GN on the forground and the N scale in the back ground? As far as not being DCC. Since N scale and HO scale won't work together, Non-issiue. And for what HO stuff you do have. The decoders im using are $20.00

As for reasons to live in Wyoming. Low Property Taxes, No state income tax. flat 4-5% sales tax. People wave at you and say hello when walking or driving down the street, and things are not regulated up the wazoo out here.

Now the only thing left to do is Make sure its cool with the wife. (I assume your married?)

I got a model railroad all planned, a place designed to house it as well as what few other belongings I have. Just need some help. As for Rule G Alcoholic Beverages are permitted in moderation during my somewhat laxed operating sessions. I am fond of Strawberry Daquiries myself.

ADOPT ME! Before Feb 5!
Oh, BTW, Happy Birthday!
Darrell, still quiet...for now

I didn't get all that for my birthday. The 2-6-2 is my "Spcial thing" that I got with my birthday money. The rest is what I got with what was left. But had to get anyway.

As for adopting you. Sure. I need a new apprentice. My best friend who was helping me seems more interested in sitting on stools breaking rule G than helping me get the trains running. The layout I will start building soon is in a bedroom and it will be over two beds. You can have one. Just get your butt to Lander WY and we will go from there.! :D

Oh if you wi***o bring any HO equipment along so it can be properly operated feel free to do so. Alll I ask is all locos be equipped with DCC which I can install if not.

(By the way. If you are serous on that claim, so am I with my offer)

Thanks everyone for your support.

James.

I am glad that I have made myself memorable. As for the Challenger and the Grayhound Painscheme, the 3900s are still georgous machines, and the Grayhound Scheme is still a georgous paint scheme. Its just the company who had both, no longer earns my respect eneugh publicly support.

(Please keep this secret, [;)] when no one is around I lock the doors close the curtains and pull out my selection of Grayhound 4-6-2s 4-8-4s and 4-6-6-4s to run on my layout. But you didn't hear that from me)

Yeah, my Internet was down so I couldn't announce my 60 on the 13th. Fellows, you know, at the age of 50 you have a choice to count the number of years you have lived or the number of years you still plan on living. That makes me 40. [;)][:D]
