Any HO clubs/groups in Richmond , VA ?

I live in Richmond as well. I am not a member of any club, but I know of the following:

James River Division, NMRA (they used to have a web site, but it is no longer up)
R F & P Model Railroad Club in Ashland, VA just outside of Richmond
The Southside VA Model Railroad club (http://www.waltshobbyshop.com/clubblog/blogindex.html)

I am sure there are others and you can probably go up to Chesterfield Hobbies in Midlothian to find out where they are. Hope this helps.
