Testors Gloss Dark Blue is a very close match.

Thats what I used for the handrails on all my MRL locomotives

which kind of blue does one use on a Montana Rail Link locomotive. I didn't find a special color/paint (Acrylic) for the MRL , either by Testors or Modelflex. Who can help?
