I had to try my Bachmann Spectrum HW's to see if I could push 'em, got three quarter throttle on model power turnouts!!

( I chickened out after that speed )

I can go wide open with Kato F40PH without derailments. I don't know what SMPH it is.

In real commuting life the C&NW commuters would top out around 60 MPH(West line) in push.
Can you get your models topping out in push w/o derailments?

Yes they are awesome cars. I can pu***hem around the layout without any problems,
unlike my Walthers cars, which I can't pull around the layout without derailing.

I recently received My first order of 12 Kato C&NW commuter cars in both 6 and 4 window variety. They are fantastic! every rivet....every detail... They run perfectly in both push and pull mode. I could'nt be happier. worth every penny!
