I miss my Hogger power pack

My Hogger 101, burn up on me. Boy it had the power that I need. Before that I had a MRC Tech 3 9500. It was ok but got warm with Ho locos on one train. But if I could not find a Control Master 20, I will get a 9500. But ending up getting a Mrc 260. To me it can not do the job I want. Can anyone tell me about the Control Master 20.
