I think I've already answered this one off line, but for the rest of you those are Cinch Jones connectors – Cinch is the maker. They are widely available, but one source that I use is Mouser Electronics, www.mouser.com.

Controller Connectors

I am using a MRC Controlmaster 20 for my HO layout. Want to get away from the telephone connectors but need a four pin/plug design to replace the plastic telephone plug. Cover of "Easy Model Railroad Wiring" book has four pin connectors that look like an excellent solution. Any ideas on where that particular design is available or a possible alternative?
