Glad I was able to help you out! They do pop up on ebay from time to time. Sometimes they're just the bodies without the power trucks and sometimes the entire units. You might also want to search ebay using "Suydam" as your key word, as Suydam produced ready to run brass units. They originally sold in the 1970s for $20 to $30 per car. Now you'll pay $100 to $200 per, but they are still available from time to time.

Michael: Got the North Shore Car in the mail Thursday. Now I have to get it together & painted. Again, thanks for your earlier information. That's one I owe you.

Michael: Thanks for the info about the Walthers HO North Shore Cars being on eBay. The man had four of them. There was another man that wanted them too. He was bidding on all of them, but he finally let go of one of them and I got it. Should be in the mail to me right now. Thanks again, Bill

I hope...
Have had to add to the deposit as the price grew.
If Roger at The Hobby Stop knew what I would pay if I had to for that train I would be truly lost.

And don't forget: Con-Cor should be producing its plastic North Shore Electroliner some time early next year.
