The actual 'kits' are not part of the 'modular' parts, by the web link below will list the 'footprint' size for each of the buildings:

Beyond using the templates, which should give you a good idea of putting these things together, you should take a look at each individual peice they sell by clicking on the picture to get the enlarged image.

It's easy to just right-click on the image, select copy and paste the image into a work document. You can then resize the image to the correct dimensions to print the color versions for templates. The color versions will also make it a lot easier to make your own because they show the details that the planning kit omits.

They have templates for their various pieces on their web site, but not for the specific kits. Although since the kits are made up of their wall sections, you should be able to put together what you need in template form.

I'm not sure about drawings of the buildings, but on their website you can download the planning guide and create your own buildings so to speak using pieces parts.
